Shea butter, natural oil, essential oils and other ingredients all combine to make a soothing foot butter. Shea butter has been used for centuries in Africa for its moisturizing and healing properties. It’s ideal for protecting and conditioning damaged skin.
This herbal foot butter is easy to make, economical and totally natural. You can use it wherever you have dry skin patches, but it’s really perfect for feet.
Andrea also has a nice suggestion for two different essential oil blends you can use in this recipe: a menthol blend (3 essential oils) and a grounded blend (6 essential oils). But you can use any single essential oil or essential oil blend that you like.
