The second reason I liked this article is because she shares her recipe for a whipped sleepytime rub. The recipe is simple and easy to make. Jackie recommends 3 essential oils for this rub. However, she includes 6 other essential oils that encourage relaxation. You just rub a tiny amount into the soles of your feet or your kids’ feet. It helps to promote restful sleep.
